Southwest Costa Mesa

Southwest Costa Mesa is one of the earliest developed sections within the city of Costa Mesa. The area is home to about 40 different neighborhoods, which consist of a mix of townhomes, condo complexes, and single-family homes. Many of these neighborhoods, such as Canyon Park and Freedom Homes, were built in the 1940s and 50s when most of the area was zoned for industrial use.
