About Allison Panetta

Allison Panetta is a highly sought-after real estate professional who has built a reputation for handling each transaction with integrity and diligence ensuring each deal results in the best interest of her clients. She began working in real estate in 2010 at Coldwell Banker in Newport Beach as part of the Tim Carr Group. She was also part of the original group to join Villa Real Estate.

 

Allison joined forces with Heather Proud six years ago to create Panetta & Proud — one of the area’s top real estate teams. Together they bring the powerhouse trifecta of unmatched client service, a vibrant network of buyers and sellers, and local knowledge of coastal Orange County.

 

Before beginning her real estate practice, she spent more than 20 years in the promotional marketing industry in sales and executive management leading a $70 million division. This experience has proven beneficial to her real estate career — sharpening her sales, contract negotiation, strategic planning, and people skills. Add to that skill set her local market knowledge and it’s easy to see why Allison has become a dominant force in luxury coastal Orange County real estate.

 

Allison grew up in a small seacoast town north of Boston called Manchester-by-the-Sea. She moved to Newport Beach in 2006. “Immediately I knew I had found ‘home’ here in Newport,” she says of her adopted hometown. “There is such a feeling of familiarity because it has the same tight-knit, family-focused feel as Manchester.”
